3.Packing cost
Jap¥1,500-each box. This cost includes styrofoam, insulator corrugated cardboarded box, oxygen and plastic bags.
4.Domestic Transport
Jap¥30,000-for every shipment.Four hours drive from the office to Narita airport.
5.Handling fee
Jap¥3,000- for every shipment.
6.Order
Orders(Request) should be placed from you first. We can inform you of available stocks either.
7.Garantee(DOA)
DOA claims will be accepted and we will deduct the price of fish from original invoice if it must be reported in 24 hours after arrival,
otherwise it will be rejected. We guarantee live arrival of our fish only for packing or quality reasons.
However we are not responsible for any DOA due to Flight delay, weather conditions, or airline mis-handling,
and claims of this nature shall be presented to the airline by the consignee in the country of destination at the immediate time of arrival.
8.Payment
Payments are due 7days after shipment arrival. You should send teregrafic transfer for Japanese Yen to our account with the above condition.
